Six months of clinical treatment for men and women while living and working in the community.
Our six-month IOP delivers multiple clinical sessions each week while clients live at home, keep a job, and stay connected to family.
Intensive outpatient treatment is available for both men and women, with separate men's and women's groups — the programs are not coed.
For women, IOP is our primary level of care: a women's group schedule built around childcare, work and court obligations, with trauma-informed counseling, parenting and family reunification support, and case management.
The longer timeline matters: recovery skills are built, practiced and reinforced over months, not days.
Men attend IOP while living in our residential housing or at home after inpatient treatment, with men's group therapy, counseling and accountability throughout the six months.
Women attend IOP while living at home. Groups are women-only and trauma-informed, covering relapse prevention, relationships, parenting and family reunification, with case management and referral support.
Cognitive behavioral skills, addiction education, trigger and craving management, relationship and communication work, and a written continuing-care plan.
Regular drug screening, attendance tracking, and documented progress reports for probation, parole or DOC when required.
