Treatment designed around how men recover

Most men arrive here after years of handling it alone — work, pride, court dates and family pressure stacked on top of active addiction. Our program takes the substance out of reach, then does the clinical work underneath it.

Care starts with a mental health and substance use evaluation and an individualized plan combining individual counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy and men’s group work. Group is where the honesty happens: men hold each other accountable in ways that stick far longer than a lecture.

Alongside clinical care, we work on the practical things that decide whether recovery lasts — employment and GED support, money and housing planning, fatherhood and family repair, and connections to AA, NA and Celebrate Recovery meetings across Morgan County.

We are CARF accredited, ADOE approved and Kentucky Department of Corrections approved, so court-referred, probation and parole placements for men can be served alongside voluntary admissions.
