About our facility(show)
Welcome to New Vision Recovery Center at 1390 W Main Street in West Liberty, Kentucky.
This is our main campus, where men and women come for residential and outpatient addiction treatment. The front entrance opens into our intake and admissions area, where every client is welcomed, assessed and matched to the right level of care — short-term residential, long-term residential, intensive outpatient or outpatient.
Inside, you'll see our group rooms. This is where clinical programming happens: individual and group counseling, relapse-prevention work, trauma-informed sessions and peer support meetings led by our licensed professionals and peer support specialists.
Our living quarters are structured, clean and sober by design. Clients keep a daily routine — recovery work, education, life skills, chores and community time — because structure is a large part of what makes recovery stick.
We also use shared spaces for education and life-skills classes: GED support, employment readiness, budgeting, parenting and healthy living. Court- and DOC-approved programming is delivered here as well, and we report progress directly to referring courts and probation and parole.
Outside, our grounds give clients room to breathe, meet with family on visitation days, and take part in community events across Morgan County.

Do you treat both men and women at New Vision Recovery Center?(show)
Yes. We are a men and women's addiction treatment center in West Liberty, Kentucky. Our men's program offers inpatient/residential, intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient care, while our women's program offers intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Men's and women's groups are held separately.
What levels of addiction treatment do you offer?(show)
For men: short-term inpatient treatment, long-term residential housing, intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient (OP) care. For women: intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient care only — inpatient and residential treatment are offered in the men's program only.
Do you offer inpatient or residential treatment for women?(show)
No. Inpatient treatment and residential housing are part of our men's program only. Women are served through our women's intensive outpatient program and outpatient services, which allow a woman to live at home while keeping up work, school or childcare.
How do I start the admissions process?(show)
Call us 24/7 at 606-743-2107 or fill out the contact form on this page. Our intake team will conduct a brief screening, verify insurance or funding, and schedule an admission date. Court and DOC referrals are accepted directly.
What should I expect when I arrive for men’s residential treatment?(show)
After intake and assessment, clients settle into a structured daily schedule that includes group counseling, individual sessions, peer support, education, life skills, and community activities. Our residence is clean, sober, and designed to support recovery.
What should I bring to treatment?(show)
Bring personal identification, insurance information, comfortable clothing, toiletries, and any prescribed medications in original packaging. Our intake team will provide a full packing list and explain what items are not permitted on campus.
What insurance plans do you accept?(show)
We accept Passport, Anthem, Humana, WellCare, Aetna Better Health of Kentucky, and other Medicaid plans. We also work with self-pay and private arrangements. Our team can verify benefits and explain any out-of-pocket costs before admission.
Do you provide court- and DOC-approved treatment?(show)
Yes. We are a Kentucky DOC-approved and ADOE-approved facility. We report progress directly to courts, probation and parole, and we offer court- and DOC-approved programming required for court-ordered referrals.
Can family members visit or contact clients during treatment?(show)
Family contact is encouraged when clinically appropriate. We schedule visitation and phone calls according to each client's treatment plan, and we offer guidance to help families support their loved one's recovery.
What happens after I complete treatment?(show)
Every client receives a discharge and aftercare plan that may include outpatient follow-up, peer support, recovery meetings, employment assistance, and connections to community resources in Morgan County and beyond.
