Our campus in West Liberty offers short- and long-term inpatient and residential treatment for men, plus an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and standard outpatient services for both men and women in separate groups, so a client can step down through levels of care without leaving the community that supports them.

Care is delivered by our clinical team through mental health evaluations, cognitive behavioral therapy, individual counseling and group therapy, paired with peer support, life skills and case management. We are accredited by CARF, ADOE and BHSO and approved by the Kentucky Department of Corrections, which means court-referred and probation-related placements can be served alongside voluntary admissions.
